Market expectations from school uniform fabric season rising

Mumbai: The month of Ramzan is about to begin. The wholesale textile market starts slowing down from the beginning of the day, the effect of which is visible in the textile market.

Summer – Lagan season is also ahead. The market is looking a bit weak because this time the auspicious time of Lagan is limited to the month of April, and due to absence of Lagan date in the main Lagan months of May and June. Also, considering the current situation, traders have low expectations from the season.

The hopes of the textile market now rest on the retail customers of Ramzan. If retail subscription starts in this month, the textile market will get a boost. Along with this, Lagan’s subscription will also work. If seen, two seasons of retail subscription will run simultaneously.

The dispatch of Lagan’s fancy fabric will continue even in the month of March. Fabric sales will also continue during the summer season. But this work will be done like regular. The kind of work that goes on during the period of dedication will not happen this time in the months of May and June.

At present fancy fabric is being cut on Lumo. And the new beam is not visible at the moment. And now it seems that all hope is pinned on the uniform fabric.

Now if we look at it, the summer season remains the season of passion for the textile market. In this way, the expectations of the textile market remain high from this season. Well, this is the main season for uniform fabric and mainly for school uniform fabric. And the manufacturers and suppliers of uniform fabric start their preparations after Diwali. And it is not just preparation for fabric production. Rather, to make the choice of customers easier during the season, they keep developing new designs, make new design books of uniforms, and by the month of January, February, new design books are distributed in textile markets across the country to their traders as well as new potential buyers. Reaching out, all these works have to start from Diwali Panchayat itself. Like, before the time of dispatch of main goods, all the traders should know what preparations the uniform fabric brands have made, the results of which start being received by the uniform fabric suppliers from the end of March.

Last week Bharat Tex was a resounding success, leaving all the participating brands with great hopes, and everyone protesting against the Ministry of Textiles and Government of India under such scheme regulations.

BharatTex participants got very good response in terms of exports, the number of visitors was very good, the exhibition was highly appreciated by the fruitful visitors as they got the suppliers of Fabrics, Garments, Uniforms, Fabrics-Garments under one roof. They also visited the stalls of Technical Textile, Textile Innovation, and also got a lot of information about textile development in India from the seminar on textile.
